To book an appointment a set of payment method details must be added as confirmation. In the case of a no-show or a cancelation within 24 hours of the appointment your saved payment method will be charged for 100% of the outstanding cost of the appointment. If you wish to reschedule the appointment your saved payment method will be transferred over at no extra cost. All attempts to get in touch with the client will be made prior to exercising the cancellation / no-show policy. An attempt will be made, but not guaranteed, to contact the client in order to confirm the appointment 24-48hrs before the scheduled appointment if no payment method confirmation has been made. Failure to confirm a payment method prior to your appointment will result in cancellation of the appointment.
*In the result of a cash paying client, payment method details must still be provided to confirm the appointment in line with WMH Osteopathy policy. On the appointment completion the client will not be charged using the provided payment method details.
Clients are entitled to one free reschedule request. Rescheduling within 24hrs or last minute due to a no-show as well as multiple rescheduling requests will incur a fee of £10.00 per reschedule. On completion of the appointment you will be asked consent to charge the saved payment method for the executed service and any other incurred bills.
Free appointments are also subject to the payment method confirmation policy and the rescheduling policy.
WMH Osteopathy offer treatment packages also known as "Memberships". After purchasing a treatment package you are entitled to a refund over the grace period of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks you are no longer eligible for refund. This is to ensure commitment to recovery and to maintain a high standard of care by ensuring that targets set during the consultation are reached. If during the grace period of 2 weeks you have used part of your treatment package and wish to have a refund you will be charged the full session rate for each appointment used and the remaining total will be refunded. Please be aware that treatment packages also have an expiry. Small treatment packages expire after 6 months and large packages expire after 12 months. Groupon appointments are subject to the payment method booking confirmation like any other appointment in line with WMH Osteopathy policy. Groupon voucher security codes are redeemed on the day of the appointment to avoid disputes and complaints.
Groupon appointments are subjected to a sur-charge of £5.00 from 5pm to 8pm due to extreme popularity and limited diary space.
In the case of a cancellation within 24hrs or a no-show your voucher security code will be redeemed as opposed to the payment method confirmation provided in line with the cancellation policy. If you fail to provide your Groupon voucher security code or your voucher expires you will be asked to pay the full rate of the appointment in line with the cancellation policy. All attempts to get in touch with the client will be made prior to attain the Groupon voucher security code to exercise the cancellation / no-show policy before the payment method provided is used. An attempt will be made, but not guaranteed, to contact the client in order to confirm the appointment 24-48hrs before the scheduled appointment if no payment method confirmation has been made. Failure to confirm a payment method prior to your appointment will result in cancellation of the appointment.

All of WMH Osteopathy appointments begin with a consultation. This determines the best course of action for you and allows the practitioner to make informed decisions about your level of care. Depending on the service will determine the duration of the consultation period.
Please bring appropriate clothing to your appointment if you can (sport wear or relaxed clothes). You may be asked to undress appropriate to the area of your body where you have a complaint or wish to be treated. The practitioner will always leave the room to allow you privacy when undressing or preparing for the treatment to begin depending on the type of appointment.
Towels and cleaning supply are provided on site for your appointment if necessary.
When making an appointment you will be introduced to a market place called FRESHA. This handles all the booking information, appropriate personal information and payment processing. WMH Osteopathy also uses Google workspace suite to help with manually contacting clients. When signing up and making an appointment through FRESHA you are automatically enrolled into a mailing list through Google workspace suite for marketing and newsletters about WMH Osteopathy. We understand that this is not attractive to everyone and if you wish to unsubscribe from this please wait until the next marketing email or news letter from info@wmhosteopathy.co.uk where you can find an "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email. WMH Osteopathy pledges not to spam you with marketing or news letters and will only email you about new promotions or news when appropriate. Spam messages from FRESHA via text and email can not be controlled and WMH Osteopathy has no part in their operations to contact clients. Messages from FRESHA are automatically sent to help reduce the workload of admin and allow the practice to run smoothly.
When contacting WMH Osteopathy by phone, your phone numbers are not saved to help protect the identity of clientele.
